The AI needs purchase history to make recommendations. Add your past POs via CSV import (coming in Phase 4) or raise a few requests through the system first.
Learns from history
Every PO you raise teaches the system which supplier is best for each type of material.
Ranks by performance
Suppliers are scored on price, lead time, and reliability — updated after each order.
Gets smarter with feedback
When you accept or override a recommendation, the model re-weights accordingly.
